How It Works?

Be informed about each treatment– Read the information provided above to have an idea about different treatments we offer for this program.
Answer Intake Questionnaire - this will determine if you are elibigle to any of the treatments, or not eligible at all (this is for your safety, where the risk is not worth it!)
Choose your preferred treatment – you will be shown options for treatment that is safe and will be tailored based on your individual needs.
Schedule Appointment–after choosing your treatment, you will be scheduling your on-boarding appointment with a provider to discuss your treatment plan. The healthcare provider will review your information and treatment plan with you.
Prescription – medication will be sent to the partnered pharmacy and expect to receive an update in 3-5 business days, including tracking number.
Laboratory – if needed, you will also be required to complete some blood tests prior sending prescription, and/or prior your next refill.
Track Your Progress – Start your treatment and stay on course with regular follow-ups and expert guidance. Monitoring every 1-2 months (e-mail follow-up). If needed, provider may request to talk you virtually to confirm information.

!!! NOTE: If you are switching to us from another platform, we will need an evidence of your current weight loss medication dose (Prescription with your name, date of birth, medication name and dosage, pharmacy information, date writtent/dispensed)
